Water watching waiting
Anticipating time renewal
Wondering when the continuum will end
Taken away through worm hole one
To utilize the information generation
Generated by the number one computer in the world
Telling the end of our querie being Forty two
Though what our querie could be,
It didn't have a clue!

Author notes
I thought I'd give a 'Hissless Hymn' a try. A poem without the letter 's' is hissless indeed
This was inspired by the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

Hah, I loved the reference to Hitchhikers. Good luck!

Good luck I love you

This is a wonderful poem
I like the fact that you used American spelling for 'utilise'
I feel being in Australia hinders the hissless hymning a little! And I think where you have 'querie' it should be 'query'... but other than that this is awesome... I really like where you got your inspiration from - this really is unique
good luck in the contest!
Keep writing

no offense but I am american so I would ustilize american spellings *sweat*

none taken - I didn't mean to offend you either - I just found it funny that I didn't even think about the American spelling of things

Well it would make sense that you didn't think to use the American spellings, until recently I didn't realize that other countries spelled 'realize' like 'realise' and 'utilize' like 'utilise' Thinking with 'z' is second nature to me but thinking with american spellings would truely be thinking

Oh, and could you put your AP name in the author's notes? Thanks!

Certainly.

hmm I sense the Hitchhiker's guide. Haha, I liked this! You were clever in getting around the 's' by using a lot of alliteration instead. Good luck in the contest!
