What does time mean?
Is it just the sprinkling of snow?
That wafts across our mountains, is it the spring time
Where the baby animals grow
What is a life ?
Is it just a time when spend long in hate
Or short like a butterfly
Living life through love
Which would you rather?
We flow like the tall grasses
That grows across the lands
We die through the seasons
But we will come again
We always exists
Through our sprits
Through this land
Is it just the sprinkling of snow?
That wafts across our mountains, is it the spring time
Where the baby animals grow
What is a life ?
Is it just a time when spend long in hate
Or short like a butterfly
Living life through love
Which would you rather?
We flow like the tall grasses
That grows across the lands
We die through the seasons
But we will come again
We always exists
Through our sprits
Through this land
Author notes
"What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset."

This is nice work that takes the reader across time and seasons. Watch animals grow and seek life where they can live with the land and share love.

This captures the spirit and the flow of the quote nicely. All the best.

The circle holds us, heart in body, like eye to sigh a new idea...and as we grown in deeper breath...we see our name in mist and mile...

Bravo I love this poem, the question it asks “would you rather live a long life in hate and misery or love and happiness?” thank you for posting it and sharing it with me.
