Missing image
M any soulful tears are shed
O ver misuse of where you tread
T hieves and beggars chance greed
H ostage to soil their own need
E nergies are drained of light
R esulting in a gifted bounty slight

E volving into a thought that past
A re the open hands that cast
R iches beyond our realm of mind
T hat has become hidden from our kind
H ating the destruction, from our seduction

    You certainly took this a step further, by not only producing a solidly good acrostic but you managed a good rhyme scheme as well. Mother Earth, was not something I got from the painting, but the more I look at it the more I can see it. Thank you for entering and good luck.
