My heart once stirred me long ago,
The cold echo of an empty pit;
A distant voice sought me to show
How I needed His Spirit;
I heard the words: "Come to Life,"
And knew I had to answer;
Releasing me, He judged as right,
Healing me of sin's cancer;
Now I can see the God Who made me
On the throne of His grand kingdom;
His grace puts me on my knees
The truth gives me freedom;
I can see the God who loves me
On the cross revealing His glory;
Before His presence evil flees,
Yet makes me part of His story;
All my life is turned around;
Seen through the Godhead factor;
Child praising Father is the sound
Since I'm not a religious actor;
Unless one is born again,
He cannot see God's kingdom;
Until then, we're blind with sin,
For us there is no freedom.
Come and see the God Who made you
On the throne of His grand kingdom;
Give Him the praise that He's due
Let the truth give you freedom;
Come and see the Lord who loves us,
He is glory on a cross;
Know His name; He is Jesus;
His blood saves the lost.

Liked the rhythm, rhyme and flow of these lines - wonderful words of faith and how this has made you a different person. Easy to read and understand. Looks like the lost has been found when it comes to your life.
