Puzzle Pieces

I've used up all the bandaids,
And yet she still lies, a broken porclien doll
I've tried to stich her up,
with a sterile needle and red thread,
yet she still moans with the agony of the sea.
I've stuck together the pieces of her shattered self
with white medical tape and a kiss or two
And yet you can still see the fractures and cracks

Piecing together a puzzle that was once a little girl
I want to save her
I need to save her
and yet she seems to be a medical mystery
an unsolvable probelm
maybe she is even missing a piece or two
Her body, her soul, her heart
are gone unable to repair

I cannot help opening another bandaid

for
loosing
hope
is
loosing
her

Please tell me what you think

OMG! this is a powerful write! I love your last lines "I cannot help opening another bandaid for loosing hope is loosing her". So beautiful, so painful! Fantastic! This is such a sad write. I think that alot of people wish that whenever someone is in need they wish to "open a band-aid" and help them heal, but despite how much you try to help, their cracks never fade! Thank you for sharing this! As well as commenting on my write as well.
