Summer breeze, morning dew still wet.
On the field cloudless sky we sat,
With my friends all nervous.
Who would of known the future?
I can still not believe this,

A year I’ve now wasted.

It feels like a dream.
The seasons past, yet I kept quiet,
For you had him, and I had her.
Yet my heart kept wondering,
Made me break, killed my mind.

This was an idea by my girlfriend, she loves the original, but wanted to be albe to read it all out loud without attempting to read in icelandic lol, so this is to her again, just without the difficult icelandic to pronounce badly lol
