~*Come Together*~

Missing image

Come together
Skin on skin
Hold me close
As I breathe you in

Kiss me
As Fingers glide
Across heated skin
Fantasy and reality collide

Come together
And rejoice with me

In just being alive

Sorrow an absentee

Moments of happiness

Were once so few

Now they are abundant

And all because of you

Kiss me here

Kiss me there

Kiss me deeply

Unaware

Come together
Skin on skin
Hold me close
As I breathe you in

    pleasant write

I think you have a sweet work here. Only two nits for me. Across heated skin (the first and last uses of the word skin are fine, but three is too much. Maybe it's just me? ) Unaware... doesn't seem to fit Perhaps " so aware" or something...
all in all I like it.
    Cheers, James

This poem is yummy and I loved every word. The picture added a beautiful dimension, but your words stood on their own. The love you share with your husband is evident in every line, and I was especially captivated by the last line "as i breathe you in". Peace, Liz

Sensual and yet so tasteful you have penned a lovely piece for this title. I love the thoughts that it gave you as they are filled with such love. The picture and background you used were absolutely beautiful also and left me sighing at their loveliness. This flowed softly from the page to my heart with such vivid imagery. Thank you for sharing the gift of your pen with all of us. Love and God bless you my friend, Joyce
