A child of abandonment,
Wandering this world alone.
Searching for a love that's heaven sent,
Searching for a home.
Broken hearts and shattered souls,
One let down after another.
Wondering if God even knows,
Does he care, why would he bother?
Until the day I met him,
Another soul like me.
Although we didn't know then,
We knew one day our love would be free.
My soul's salvation,
You saved from the darkness.
Blessed with love beyond infatuation,
With everlasting happiness.
My angel my light,
You've shown me there's more to life.
Safely nestled beside you each night,
I know each day is worth the fight.

This is such a heavenly sceneted beautiful poem you have posted here.
