“Rhymes Of My Feelings”

My feelings are clear,
They come from my heart truly,
Your smile is dear
In rhymes I write my feelings,
And yet they a
re not just words.

(ABC Poem)

“Bravery Pays Off”

A single no would not be spoken,
But make an exception,
‘Cause “No, I will never break your heart”
Daring is love
For you are right,
Exactly—bravery pays off
God doesn’t have a reason to split two
Hearts have been broken but,
I fixed yours now will you
Just heal mine?
Kayla can never be right, ‘cause our
Love will take her away.

[names have been made up.]

(Quatrain)

“Burying Themselves”

Uniting our remains, a fiery unite
Is this thing of ours still on?
Because since you’ve been gone,
I have not slept a second.

Entrees;

(Free Verse)

“I Don’t Mind”

I don’t mind if you love someone else,
As long as your love’s not wasted.

I don’t mind if you cry,
As long as she didn’t make you.

I don’t mind if you don’t feel whole,
As long as you don’t think I’m your half.

I don’t mind if you reminisce us,
As long as you don’t ask for another chance.

I don’t mind if you miss me,
As long as you don’t miss us.

I don’t mind if you dream,
As long as you have no dreams of us.

I don’t mind if you love,
As long as you don’t the memory of us.

I don’t mind if you leave,
Everything was just not right.

(Blank Verse)

“Another...”

Can you please give me another chance?

(Limerick)

“My World”

There was once this girl who thought she had me,
I decided to be shy and flee,
She chased me all over,
It was ‘till November,
That she found another fish in the sea.

Desserts;

(English Sonnet)

“On Me...”

This is a sonnet for broken hearts,
A love of a beautiful sort,
Of course we’d thought that we’d never part,
A passionate wasted retort.

Love is a pathetic game,
I tell you this is the end of the world,
Done with fortune and fame,
I’m telling you that I am just a girl.

I never thought I’d leave for a cute grin,
It was usually that I’d ignore.
I’d fallen for a great sin.
It is for a sinful grin I’d adore.

To the pathetic truth, I am sorry,
I never thought that all the fault would be on me.
