Her Strength Is Found...

She's back to old habbits.
She has another shot.
Its a pretty green liquard,
With a name that she forgot.


Theres one boy on her mind,
That she sort of wishes to forget.
But the feelings take control;
Feelings she's not ready for just yet.


She wants to reach over ,
And grab her beloved blade.
To carve away her pain,
For she knows the scars will fade.

But then she refusES,
To let him cause a new scar.
She already has too many.
Besides she has come too far!

He isn't worth the blood.
This she knows for sure.
"HE WILL NOT RULE MY LIFE!"
She screamed, while curled up on the floor...


... "I'm Stronger Than That Anyway!" ...

    I'm with you here. It took me so long to realize that guys who make you want to do this to you are not worth it at all. Sometimes I think being a lesbian would be easier..then there are those few guys who do those cute things...haha

    another great piece honey, i really like this one. it is honestly inspiring. and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. it shows the strength that the subject has and it shows that nothing or no one will ever take that strength away from her. i really like the stanza "But then she refusES,
    To let him cause a new scar.
    She already has too many.
    Besides she has come too far!"
    that stanza means a lot to me. it is how i feel every time i reach for a blade these days. i feel like i am the girl in this poem. well not really the girl but you know what i mean.
