Martin Luther King Junior was a special man
He taught all races to begin
To look at race just as such a word
all people had rights that needed to be heard.
One man was not better than the rest .
Martin Luther King Junior gave his very best.
He fought for freedom in a race
to be treated as equals for everyone.
He died for freedom years ago
his words became knowledge for those to know
thank you for for all you have done
the fight for freedom is never done

Thank you for your entry. You have written a wonderful tribute to a great man. Your recognition of his worth demonstrates clearly that his life was not in vain and his lessons live on. I liked your simple rhyme scheme and the respect you showed. Well done.
