You become me and then
I become you then
you become me and then
i become you then
you become me and so on
and so on..
the dog's tail spins
heads shake, tongues beg
till the kitchen door slams
on this wet summer eve
looking for excuses
the clock ticks on the shelf
then there is wood to split
by the shed with an axe
for comfort of fire and flame
to crack through this dark night
in passing time and reflection
a changed soul goes unnoticed
in the roots of an elbow on a table
blessed with scattered thought
in lesser times, simpler times
you become me and i become you
and so on, and so on...
as it goes
.
Please tell me what you think

and stinking and blinking and nod...ding...and thanking you from the hip.

yes. how attraction goes so far it goes right on through and out the other side. if you're not very careful.

A tad strange. I can't get what you mean 'you become me and I become you'. Are you saying that two people are projecting onto one another their own feelings, thus decreasing the difference in personality? Or is it rather an allusion to sex? Or both? Or not at all? You must tell me or I will turn into a pink hedgehog. You don't want that to happen and neither do I.

Yes projection grown from a sincere admiration and respect for each other. Which caused assimilation to the point of destruction. Of course if both are happy in the bliss alls well and never ends. If one or both have a need to maintain themselves at some point it could turn into a love, hate thing. Sometimes to the point of self destruction depending on how much assimilation has taken place. The love, hate thing may become internal and very self destructive.
Little sex here except for the flaunting of the wet summer eve, and the passion of slamming doors.
I would like to see a pink hedgehog but would not force it on anyone. -

Pink hedgehog sounds far more dirty than it was meant to be.

Isn't it funny...how, though I may not understand your true thoughts feelings or expierence that ispired this, it is what I would like to have said to describe so many days about my own thoughts etc.
Isn't it funny how that works when you read others words?
