We were all jolly friends,
cheerful as could be,
until the day it all went "click".
It happened quickly,
a sudden feeling of alienation,
because the world had gone "click".
To the outside observers,
things seemed right and true,
but inside things had gone "click".
All were affected,
but few truly noticed,
but the world was smaller with a single "click".
Some observed and attempted to change,
but it was incurable, implanted in everyone's mind,
and changed the way of the daily grind,
Because of a single "clique".

Good job! This is so true. Some observe, some try to change things, others do not. Wonderful job! I like how you used "click" and "clique." Very creative. Good luck in the contest!

very cute
the click and cligue
could be a song
like my other contest breaking up
this is good

Good. Try to use some stronger words instead of using "happy" twice and "run". I liked the creative use of the word "clique".

I like how this poem uses the same sounding word, but different spelling!
