Do you believe in Fairies,
there are some who really do.
Though I walk down my garden often,
I've not even seen a few.
One little girl who really did,
went to church one day,
and said to the priest do you believe
in fairies, he laughed and turned away.
Can't say I've ever seen one,
that’s why I can’t believe.
The little girl was puzzled, and sighed with some relief.
Later after prayers, she seemed quite overawed.
She said you’re always talking to him,
Have you seen our Blessed Lord.?

Clever little girl!
I really like this write
-
A tale told of innocence and inquiries. I absolutely enjoyed reading this. Short, but sweet. Thanks for entering. [= Good luck.
-
Adorable story...it conveys the beauty
of innocence well, connecting it to
eyes that are not narrowed. It diverts
from magic and midsummer to reflect on
faith and those who believe completely
what others fail to see or understand.

Good
You are a master story teller and I await breathlessly for your next saga to unfold. Your story takes the essence of dreams loved by young and old and distills that magic into an amusing story that flaunts reality and has fun with our desires to be entertained by thoughts of wonder.
"Have you seen Blessed Lord?" this line needs someting like "Have you seen (our) Blessed Lord?" or to rhyme with "overawed" "Have you seen (the face of God)?".

Beautiful...I believe in angels...does that count?...
