Hope

Missing image
life
beneath mist
ebbs and flows

like lucid
memories

lingering
on river’s glass

as hope
becomes thought

amidst
Sun’s glow ...

You should really think about publising

This again is another excellent work of art. You should give some real consideration to getting published. I am waiting too but have been thinking lately about getting some AP people together to start an AP book. What do ya think? pretty good idea huh?

Hope shines through, it's the sun of our lives, mightier, brighter than the mist. So much packed into these few lines - yes, the colour of hope painted in the magnificent colours of dawn, the beautiful time of day. I remember my the first cinquain I ever wrote...it goes so very well with the thoughts you've expressed here:

    "how frail
    against the live
    symphony of the sun,
strain vainly, the muffled low strings
    of mist"

I liked this one - lovely, meaningful poetry and with great brevity.

I've always worshipped the morning sky. A beautiful piece. I will think of it when I'm watching the sun rise over the Pacific Ocean.
