little dirt roads called home

ninty miles down the back roads
flying as high as we can go
drivin away from all this trama
hiding from things we'll never know
these country roads,
what we travel on,
bring us sanity
when darkness is before dawn
Out here there's no streelights
we can't se where to turn
mistakes have only taught us
when flames ignite and we'll crash and burn
steets have no importance
they just bring hate and lies
little roads bring calmity
and free us from our cries
no matter where we go
no matter where we've been
going ninty miles down the dirt roads
are the best times we've ever seen.
