More precious than pearls

I have been told pearls are products,
of a clam's irritation and struggle.
Yet what is produced is so beautiful,

one just has to marvel at their formation..

Even more amazing to me however,
is this precious thing which ever grows,
deep within my heart, effortless for you.

A beautiful write. I love how you start off with the clam and its beauty and origin of the pearl, and then close with what the heart holds. Great write.
