A chilling wind
sends shivers down my spine.
I look around
and all i see is white.
Snow lays on the ground
as if it belongs there,
as if it is wanted there.
i close my eyes
and dream of a place
far away, with the sun shining bright.
no snow, no cold
nothing to keep me away
from a nice tan, and warm sand.
but then the wind comes againe
and i'm remind of the cold.
my eyes open
and i look around.
i'm reminded once againe
of the one reason
i never want to live, in edmonton againe

wow, this is a great poem, i love how one minute the person sees snow and then dreams of the summer! well done!

The snow and cold can sure make you want to be somewhere else if you don't like it. I enjoyed your write. I never saw again spelled that way, typo?

Acctually i've kinda always spelt it that way, and my teachers have never taught me the proper way, or it's just never stuck with me, so no matter what i do i always end up spelling it that way. unfortunatlly i dont have spell chekc in this like i would in word
