Who's to be blame?

We live no life but misery
we lost our fate,
with plagues of slavery
we know no love but hate,
we have no harmony nor destiny.

From the day i was till today
I keep wondering why life is this way,
living in poverty and shame
Who's responsible? who's to be blame?
when all Africa his crying the same.

I hear no music but wars
I see no dances but deaths
who's responsible? who's to be blame?
when all Africans are dying the same.

hope and love lives in our hearts
but in reality its bruises and cuts
the pain is to strong its hurts
I pray that one day i call today a past.]

Who's responsible? who's to be blame?
when all Africans are living the same.

Reaches for a tissue for the tears are softly flowing...I do understand! The Africans are still being treated with shame, a nation of people just longing to be free...Your words feel like a sad song blowing on the winds of change...Never give hope for love covers over many things*hug*

Niaish for sharing your feelings with me...I am honored:f:f:f

    Captivating Poetry

Great Write!!! You enlightened the reader to the brutal image of pain that has become an epidemic in the world.

    I loved the image

"I pray that one day i call today a past.]" and the opening as well. Keep Writing!

  • this is a powerful right. It isn't only in Africa that this is going on. Its going on everywhere and if I had what it took to help I would. Keep up the great work.

This is a very thoughtful and compassionate poem. You give it a strong indignant voice, repeating a question that should always be on someones lips until Africa can see its situation in the past as you say.

'hope and love lives in our hearts
but in reality its bruises and cuts
the pain is to strong its hurts
I pray that one day i call today a past.]'

This poem is awesome... I can feel the passion that is there for your homeland in this write. I have written a poem about the crisis in Africa with starvation and the AIDS epidemic. My heart is with yours and the many that care for the people of Africa, Together with joined resources we can bring about a change. I believe our governments should adhere to the cries of any people! With so little cares for Africa perhaps one voice can shine a light on this great continent. Please keep the heart that you have, and never give up on the hope for a better Africa one day.
