Hidden bellow layers of bluegreen.
Many colors,
Sizes,
Shapes.
One of many,
To obtain rank.
A beautiful callous.
Southing the irritant.
As a Pisces.
Light,
Or dark.
Loud and clear,
Or soft and subtle.
To belong,
Or to stand out.
Be normal,
Or be your own.
Sift along the bottom,
Content,
Or race through the top,
Mercenary style.
Submerged in a world,
Clear and Weightless.

I really like this poem as it compares the beauty of a pearl with the traits of a Pisces - a very vivid description of both. I love the hidden meanings between the first part and the second, but I especially like the second part as it gives a more clear and succinct description of a Pisces. Overall, very well written - good luck in my first contest! -
