I do like this one too, it is very much a good mantra to follow, or to try to follow. I would like to write something hopeful and uplifting like this.

Beautiful mantra!! All of these things are qualities and states of mind that we all need to work a little harder at I think....
I shall need to read this a few times to really take it in and to allow it to inspire me...
