My stripes on the in
are the only sign of my sin
Bar-coded with prejudice
Because of my stripes on the in
I shall see, hear, nor speak evil,
O' how I want for them to be shown
But everyone doesn't want change
There for I hide my stripes on the in
Fear of rejection
The same color as them
I just want to show
My stripes on the in
Accepted for color
Everyone bleeds red
Love is not an object
It seems black and white is the new trend
If I show my stripes
I'll be different from them
Stares and laughter
Because I have shown my stripes on the in
I can't hide them forever
I don't want to be alone
I just want to show them
My stripes can be shown
My stripes on the in
Are not black and white
Rainbow in color and different from site
I don't want to be labeled or bar-coded at all
I just want to show them
I can be accepted after all
My stripes on the in
They are black and white now
Society just doesn't understand how
Maybe it will get better
Maybe everyone will see
My stripes on the in
They bleed for you and me.

awesome. i loved it. especially the meaning.
some of the rhyming was a little cheesy, if you know what i mean.
like white and site.
and some of it could be written a little better.
like "I can't hide them forever
I don't want to be alone
I just want to show them
My stripes on the in"
but it was good overall.
good job and good luck.
