In range.

Unwanted gifts, humanity sifts,
a tumbleweed that spins and drifts.
Uneeded souls, humanity tolls,
shot full of shit and shot full of holes.

Unwanted thoughts, humanity sorts,
duality kills as it courts.
Uneeded mind, humanitys grind,
we...the fucked up undersigned.

Unwanted change, humanitys strange,
soon enough...you'll be in range.
Uneeded advice, humanitys not nice,
trading diamonds...for spice.

I like this - its dark, yet clever. The constant rhyme is very cleaver, adds a very strong rythmn, and makes it very powerful.

I;m very glad I stopped by the read.

Not suprisingly well written. I respect the way you write. As a mother and wife I understand the trivial mind. It's great to see your work again as it is always inspiring, all the luck on getting published it shouldn't be too hard if you make the attempts.

As always, I love reading your poetry... though I'm still unable to pin down what I like about it (don't worry, I'm frustratingly vague at the best of times, I'm told).

As usual I love your work. I don't know why but this just reminded me of a Dean Koontz book I just read called 'The Taking'....

Thoughtful piece, Sean. I liked it all. I hate humanity, and though hate's a strong word, I'd feel more inclined to use it over 'love' lol deep piece, that seemed to capture the erractic thoughts we have, sometimes unwanted, and sometimes uneeded. Though I could sense something more, A government structure, or something, though I don't want to totally pick it apart, I'm not really in the mood
