While it seems most roses are of red
The prettiest roses of any I've seen
Are the white ones I received from you
On a very special and heart filled day.
As I sit here staring at all of them
Each unquie in petal form as the next
Smiling so tenderly I see you sharing
Making it it seem a little brighter now.
During my impatience with what is now
It flows and winds along with thoughts
Forcing me to open myself throughly to
Imagining the feeling of your embrace.
Having that warmth brought out by you
My feeling of goodness produces many
Rushing endlessly through an open heart
Picturing the day when we will be one.
Knowing a pleasant comfort encircles me
I realize again how daydreaming is like
Flooding moon beams from the sky at night
Uplifting my senses to peak at their best.
Wishing to feel briefly a moment of you
We will carefully plan through our dreams
Giving each other a needed understanding
Supporting the foundations we have built.
