The dreams I have at night,
I get to see your face,
and feel you beside me.
You smile at me softly
and you tell me that you'll never leave me.
I believe you, as I feel your lips against mine.
A kiss so sweet,
I melt against you..
When I wake up
a certain loneliness overcomes me,
knowing that you weren't really next to me.
That it was just all a dream.
For now, it'll only be a dream;
a wonderful dream that I cherish.
