I don't know what to say to this poem. I feel like I should be able to understand it, but I can't figure it out. I have read this over so many times... and I'm still confused. I asked one of my friends what she may have thought you meant, and she said that maybe you meant that this is what is more popular now. Is that what you meant? Do you think you could please reply to this comment (don't message) and tell me what this is meant to say? I am sorry that I don't understand it, but perhaps with your help, I will be able to see it all clearly (no pun intended)! Thank you for entering my contest, I hope you do get back to me before I judge it, and good luck!

umm..its actually a pun..the phase rose-colored lenses refer to a person who sees the world through an optimistic view...but in this context, it is based on humour instead, basically saying you don't need "rose" (red color lenses) because w/ the invention of contact lenses, it can be any color...does that make sense?..sorry if u don't get it...its suppose to be funny..but i guess i'm just making u confuse instead...
