Where the night blossoms like a lily,
The hues of her petals, rings throughout
And the cobblestone streets are alive again.
A beckoning tune, serenades.
Emerging from a sensual tone.
The fingers dance gracefully,
Creating melodious bliss.
A song of romance
Known to lovers
Whose stories sing out
To those who listen
A song of passion
A song of elegance
A song that spreads
Like the spirit of the night.

Your words allow me to hear the guitar music drifting up from the street, parting the curtains and becoming one with those listening. A very nice take on the contest prompt.... real nice mood you've created here, warm and mellow.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
