Corpus Cores

smears of absinthe

coat cracked cavities,

where words well

in churning chunder.

the aftereffects
of enumerated emotions,
washed with waves of sick;
infected voice-boxes.

alcohol loosened tongues
leak raucous words
that drip slowly
from stretched lips.

the vacant chambers
of mysterious minds
fill with spoiled speech;
word vomit.

    This is really good - strong, and completely crude - I like that

    Strong stuff! You have many great things going on in this piece. Your imagery is excellent and I absolutely love how you use word sounds.

    Well balanced metaphor with emotion. Creative and passionate. Conveyed basically perfectly.

    I love the idea of word vomit. The alliteration in this is insane, but only you could make it sound so unforced. I shouldn't have to wish you luck on this one, it's too good not to place
