Cupid got a little carried away
One day
And shot two arrows
One landing upon a soldier to be
And one landing upon a best friend
The soldier's arrow took effect immediately
And he fell in love with an average girl
When that soldier left for war
That average girl's best friend
Finally turned his head toward her
And as with cupid's arrow's spell
That girl fell in love with both of them
That girl is me
So what I did was
I took that bow from that blind old fool
And as he flew away in search of it
I shot him
But with a hunting arrow
Instead of a stupid love spell
So now he's dead
And with good reason
Because I hear I'm not the only one
Who wanted to kill him

nice. go you!!! Cupid definitely deserved to die, since he has hurt so many people by shooting all the wrong ones with that dratted arrow. Great job and good luck, my friend.
