Oh Silent Stranger

Oh silent stranger in the night

So carefully veiled from my sight

Is it promising rapture in which you have brought?

Are you the savior in which I have sought?

Come forth into my lonesome arms, I now impel

Carry me into the darkness in which you dwell

Haste! Before the peak of the morrow

Take me with you, my flaws and my sorrow

Author notes

This is a frankenstein poem of one I wrote awhile ago that became victim to a computer glitch that deleted it while I was writing... Not exactly my style but created by the peer inspiration of the night and this shadow that I always see that mutliates its self inside my imagination into a man... Really anxious to see the response of other poets.

Please tell me what you think
