breath kisses candle
light flickers in wounding wind
birthday wishes on blushing wax
and bright bridges beckon;
calm waters call
eyes turn from sadness
in western sunsets
to joy of gleaming east,
climbing on a rocking railroad
over Steppes to Shanghai;
café croissant to hand carved chopsticks
across the world, archipelago of love.
Time falters in a window, clocks run faster
on mountains of regret, hope rises as fountains
joy comes in lapping waves; journeys end in
new beginnings.
Blessings flow after faith
and wishes flow over candles
blushing from visions behind
breathy exhale, empty hands
become open palms, why folds into when
and then becomes a memory just made.

That.... is a lot of alliteration. And this is how you think? Doesn't it get confusing?
Certainly an interesting piece, thank you -
