Staring at me now
Why are you so ugly
You fat disgusting pig
Your clothes don't even fit right
Your hair it is a mess
Yes I am staring
You disgust me to no end

This is how I feel every day, when I go out in public. Being overweight and feeling selfconsious of anyone looking in my direction.

My computer is slow so it took a second to load the picture. I was rather surprised when it did. But this is just what I was looking for.
Though you should never be self conscious, there is only one you, and who says that you have to be a size zero with half a dozen eating disorders to be perfect?

Don't let anyone tell you differently, you are beautiful. If you feel comfortable about how you look, then who cares what others think.
I can relate to this poem. Instead of being classed as overweight im at the opposite end. I have been slim all my life but as i have got older people have said i look anorexic or im too underweight. I know i am not. It has taken me a while to be comfortable with who i am but i know the people who care about me will tell me if i was to ever get underweight. I don't listen to people who call me underweight for the sake of putting me down.
Just remember that the people who care about you will love you for who you are. You are BEAUTIFUL!
