I'm not sure I understand whether this refers to lovers knowing they must part, or lovers finally, truly coming together. These lines

Sometimes we all just have to go sometimes whether due to death, moving away or sometimes depression or something that gets the other upset or annoyed. But if you love the person you have to believe they are coming back, or you are coming back to them.
