Broken Heart

My heart becomes light,
and my feelings I always fight.
I just can't be this way.
Not now, not today.
I have to run from this,
because i know true love will miss.
I just can't stand to have my heart broken,
It's all to mush to just be spoken.
I just need the truth.

    Thank you for entering my short poems contest. This is well written, but for me, the rhyme seems to be a little forced and not natural.
