My Truest / Best Friend:

We’ve been best of friends through these
many years.
Shared good times and bad only God knows.
We’ve been down many a winding road
Together.
The straight highways it seems have been few
and far between.
And now my friend, another year has been added to
the colours of my life.
Though it seems as only yesterday we met.
We were much younger then, we had young men’s dreams.
Our hearts were full of expectation, possibilities.
Now we just seek a little rest, and relaxation.
A roaring fireplace, a good book, and a bottle of
wine.
Telling tales of days gone by.
What strikes me most, as I write this verse.
Is the steadfastness and strength of our
friendship over the years.
You’ve been there for me.
I have been there for you.
And to conclude, Roberto, my best friend,
The Holy Bible says, “ No greater love that a
Man can have that he will lay down his life
For his friend. “ Robert I would gladly lay
Down my life for you my friend any day.
You are my Best Friend in the world.

Well my friends, this is true poem. My friend Robrt is my best friend in the whole world. I hav known him since 1978. A long ,long time. But we would both do anything for each other. I hope you all enjoy my pem.
