The west wind came
Gently at twilight
Blowing the hair
From my face
And sleep was more
Than resting
As the sails were raised
Towards the open ocean
And the unknown
.
The east wind
Could not let
The sunset have
Her bright brushstrokes
Filling the atmosphere
So thunderclouds
Darkened the skies
Winds whipped
Colors faded in rain
.
The lightning
Was also beautiful
Enlightening me
With the understanding
That I shall always be
The eye of the storm
Stretching, expanding myself
To reach the horizon
And change destinies
