Smile As Cradled April Moon

Missing image
Rush my soul through tempering wilderness,

canyon's sandstone collective
quivering space in open fissure,
these walls of grace, echoing space in lacy diorama.

I am breath to fill your secret’s hollow in rainbow's wonder,
rushing Colorado splash, as fragrant freedom’s liquid wonderland.

And when we speak in swirling tongue,
this blush of nature, finding middle,

I hope you smile as cradled, April moon,
melting more than yesterday's snowstorm.

Ahhh, how I love your words, your elegant use of metaphor, my Friend. Good luck in Lynda's contest, dear Scribe of such sweet & soothing sighs. Wanda

Perfect write! "I am breath to fill your secret's hollow in rainbow's wonder, rushing Colorado splash, as fragrant freedom's liquid wonderland.".
Another spellbinding masterpiece in natural form.

"melting more than yesterday's snowstorm"....loved those lines, this weave of nature and love... the two can never be without the other. I wish you many blushing, melting seasons, overflowingly so ...sighs, don't we all wish for that...

This does melt more than snowstorm, it melts hearts...
This is beautiful and as always, a touch of nature's glory blended in to speak of true wonder...Your poetry shows that beauty starts with the land...
