My first attempt at freewriting. Inspired by the song 'Dark Chest of Wonders' by Nightwish.
I think this is the formula for both happiness and longevity. Can't hurt to try.

It's inspirational and most definitely beautiful...if you can follow the path of which you speak here, I believe you are right about the formula! You have to want to find yourself and be willing to search, and have patience!
