carrying holiday nerds
and a card that reads
"A penny for your thoughts,
A quarter for your boxers"
I made the trip
I brought my gift
so sweetie please be home
I want to spend my Valentine's Day with you,
not my phone

So I had to write this for my creative writing class up at the college. It's a fun attempt at a sonnet with a messed up style of 4-5-5.
