Won’t You Be My Valentine?
Won’t You Be My Valentine?
Take A Walk With Me?
I’m yours. Will you be mine?
With no one else I’d rather be.
No chocolate hearts, but then again;
There’ll be a million more.
Know there’s no girl greater than,
The one I’m writing for.
Won’t you be my Valentine?
Sit and talk with me?
I’m yours. Would you be mine?
You’re the only one I see.

This is very sweet, and I loved the simple rhyme you used.
"Know there’s no girl greater than,
The one I’m writing for."
This is my favorite part of the poem, because it sounds so good with the rhyme and flow. Also, it references to the actual poem, and I find those type of things concrete for the write itself.
Thanks for entering your write in "Enter All Your Love Writes Here!", and good luck!

Thanks very much, quite a bit of thought was put into this, as it was for my current girlfriend, heheh. Glad it was enjoyable for both her and your own reading.

You bet
I wrote it a few days ago. My girlfriend is up 8 hours from here in college, and I figured it'd make a good partner with the teddy bear I mailed her.
So your advice is very well taken.
