So there I was trapped in an elevator, with a pregnant monkey named Patrice, a drunken Priest and a sailor named Betty, with the radio playing Frank Sinatra tunes...
The Monkey's pregnant, she's a fierce looking beast
She's got an obsession with the drunken priest,
Hey there Betty, or should I say Zeke?
Am I in the lost episode of Twin Peaks?
Betty Betty, I did not mean to insult you
You are a woman after all and I'm sorry,
I swear I didn't mean you any harm
And is that... Satan tatooed on your arm?
Father Jack, just leave me alone,
Feck arse to you in your drunken zone,
I swear I'll go to church and sing and rhyme
I know it was you who stole the church wine!
So what does Tarzan do without Jane?
I don't know but I think I'm about to find out
This Monkey's baby looks decidedly human...
Say Patrice, are you Tarzan's woman?
Help, get me out of here,
These people are strange and wierd
I'm hammering upon this door
Because I can't take no more
And in the corridor they can hear a shriek
As I am pummelled by Betty/Zeke...
And finally we start to move from the floor
And slowly we open the door...
I swear to God I am not Gay
But me and Betty we did it our way,
In the corner, head in a sack
Lays still drunken old Father Jack
Monkey feeds her baby in a nearby tree
But its still got its eye on me
I exit the elevator hair all a mess
A funky walk and bra outside of my dress
Betty/Zeke goes back to her ship
And I sink into the corner.. wow what a trip...

WOW! It certainly was a strange trip...I love your imagery and the mention of tarzan and jane, that was always a fun game as a child, if you had the twisted childhood I had, then you know what I mean

Excellent offering to my contest, poet, the gods are pleased...
