though it's true I possess compassion
not always reserved or conservative
but I will say I'm considered quite lucky
I've been healed by the hand of God
on numerous occasions my health has failed
when busy paying attention to other things
I don't always do what's best for me
I'll do my best for God
just when I think life couldn't get better than this
something else happens to prove me wrong
through all his miracles signs and wonders
