The flowers sing their children into the wind,
a chorus producing life. Forever smiling for the sun.
They line the houses, the picket fences,
guardians against the coming fall.
Gardens crescendo in vibrant color.
Dandelions giggle, bright staccato plumes...
lilies tantalize, folding their legs in grace and piety.
And we gaze at this heaven, our own eyes mortal fleshy blooms.
