Lost in my thoughts, oblivious of the world,
my mind begins to wander...
Here I am, stuck in that in-between,
no longer a child, yet not fully grown.
pretending, an imitation, the hypothetical adult.
pondering the future and what will be,
curious as to where life's journey leads me.
Fate, circumstance, destiny ?
In this moment, I am unquestionably me.
At this time, I am absolutely free.

I think this is an insightful and wonderful take on the picture prompt.

I think this is an awesome take on the prompt, very contemplative especially for our youth. Very well done
I do think however that this piece needs a little bit of work if you are willing to make a few changes. One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing poetry where every line begins with a capital letter where they aren't necessary and I see no end line punctuations where there should be.
If you wanted to format this differently to allow for the 10 line limit but still leave spaces between some lines, I do allow for that. When I say 10 line limit, I mean 10 lines of actually text, line spaces ARE permitted, always
I also see a few places where you have commas and no space after them before the following word. Just some friendly suggestions if you wish to make any changes before final judging
thanks for entering and good luck. be well and be blessed

I likes this. Its very good. My favorite part is "No longer a child, yet not fully grown
Pretending, an imitation, the hypothetical adult" I still feel like I'm in that stage of life Its never a fun one. Keep up the good job.
