It really is amazing how in a manner of seconds a light drizzle can turn into a full on downpour. How every inch of a dry and depleted air could suddenly turn into a surge of kamikazes. Exploding upon contact with the ground. Setting off millions of simultaneous tidal waves. That crash into my towering figure...A lone aqua body silhouetted in a miniature sea of deceit. A mist lingers, formed by the accumulation of water particles. So I might as well be walking on clouds below rainclouds...Peering down an empty rain ridden street into the depths of nothingness. Streetlights help navigation tremendously, reflecting off the chaotic rain storm. At the very mentioning of chaos a net of lightening illuminates the whole sky. Instilling a dose of urgency to my procrastinate attitude. Not a second too late to be left unnoticed, thunder rumbles. Its harsh vibrations travel unevenly through my nerves. Leaving me, only for a second, in a state of pure chilling. Drenched in good ol' H2O, I smile. I wish it could rain like this more often. The type of downpour that makes it pointless to carry an umbrella. I would only get wet anyway. I would much rather be fully soaked than only half dry...Don't you agree?
Author notes
Gotta love the rain. Another random ramble. Yay me.
