Life In Love

The wind dies down, the light recedes,
and blissfully sways the flowers.
Night's melody fulfills its deeds,
while we dance away the hours.

Come pull me near and draw me in,
to inhale your salacious scent;
for nestled deep within your skin
is where I find our love's intent.

Ethereal glow, a dew mist,
glides lightly over our faces,
and blesses lips that will have kissed;
our bodies passion embraces.

How sensual is our dwelling place;
the tints that glow, so eloquent.
Romance emerged in lover's grace,
while in your arms my days are spent.

    the swirl of romance's skirt catches eyes; blinking in love's open desire, a lovely trip into the coloured realm of happiness.

    The love and passion of a newlywed is written all over this beautiful piece you just penned for all of us. The rhythm and rhyming made it flow so softly to my heart and leave me sitting here *sighing*. Elegant were the words that filled my mind's eye with such lovely imagery throughout. May your passion and romance burn endlessly. Best wishes in this contest. It sounds golden to me. Love and God bless you my friend, Joyce
