On a Long journey for one lady to travel
You met me at the bus station
Hold out your hand & the first words was
Oh My God honey!
I look at you & said how cold it is.
With a smile on our face
As we met in person for the first time
You took my hands & took me to the car.
It was so nice & warm with a blanket.
But before I sat down I saw this white rose sitting there.
My first poem
White roses brought us together
Ever since then we was never without each other.
Always did things together.
We learn how we both love to do this & that
Oh what a time we had the first 6 weeks of being together.
Then the time for me to go home
I was quiet
The day when you was making that ring
I didn’t know you were making it for me.
Boy what a surprise
I thought I was just borrowing it.
I realize you just really ask me to married you.
But you had to talk to daddy
You was a mason as my dad was one also
Then the girls almost fainted when they saw my ring.
Mother & Daddy took you under theirs wing
You became an important role for my daddy
You gave him a little longer to enjoy
You took him and stood by him
No one other then momma & I ever done that.
Then you took me as your wife.
You promise to love me
To take care of me
To be beside me as I was also to do
I promise to love & care for you & be beside you all the way.
I hope I did do that for you.
Sometime I feel I fail.
But you come & pick me up & set me on my feet & told me come on honey let go.
Willing to do anything to show you how much I love you
Now Six years later.
Your heart & mine still lock together
Your pains mine & mine is yours.
50/50
That makes 100 %
I think we did it honey.
The New Year brought us together
Valentine we met & knew
On your Birthday
We tied the knot
To love one another & Share our life’s together
I couldn’t have asked for a better deal.
Could You?
Happy Valentine my Love!
I met my husband Six years ago today.

Oh my, how your Valentine story is moving me from here across the pond. It occurs to me that "S" is significant to you both, it is the intial of each of your names that the others heart is lifted by, it is the first letter of the soul and of satisfaction, also of six, for the six weeks that were the beginning of your journey together.
Your Valentine shared for us to see is a gift to the universe, these are not Hallmark words they are from the truest place in the world, from your heart.
It is heartwarming to listen to the natural rhythm of the bounty of the harmony that you each gift the other.
There is no need for a contest, this, this a trophy love and I feel and see the shine as warm as the summer sun.
Sending both of you many blessings, love and light
from across the pond, where I am blessed to feel your presence in this room with all the beautiful colours you gift to me.
Heart-hugs and smiles reaching out to you both from across the miles,
with love,
Yvette aka Moonflower
