Immortal Rose

Moonlight illuminating my aqua eyes
Revealing life as masochistic and amicable
Though never shown to mortals
For they are composed of roseate rose petals

Another poem that displays a beautiful painting. Great how you managed to capture so much in just four lines

Ah, I see a philosopher here. You struck a poignant note here with your stunning imagery. I had to look up a word or two but still, that's good for me. Captured within these 24 words you managed to take my breath. I wish though that you had used a tad more punctuation as that may have enhanced the piece. An excellent write though! Thanks for entering and best of luck in the contest!

    Short, yet remarkably powerful.
The wording in this piece, is breathtaking.
It flows easily, and each word catches the essence of the overall piece.
    Well done!
