Nothing Better To Do

Nothing better to do with his time,

he set out in search of trouble.

Following complete strangers on the street,

he mimicked and mocked their every movement.

From the most confidential of conversations,

to those of no importance or meaning.

He walked down to the ocean pier,

and chased the seagulls into the sky.

Trying to do as they did he spread his arms apart,

and foolishly jumped into the sky only to crash into the sea.
