She loved so pure, So honest, and true,
'Twas a love
To make Angels weep.
She smiled so bright, Brought day from the night,
She held light
Made the Angels weep.
She bore a child, Bright eyed and sweet smiled,
Enough like her mother
To make Angels weep.
And when in her child bed, She lay down her sweet head,
And closed her eyes
For the final time,
Heaven stood still, The whole world felt a chill,
And forever now, Her Angels,
They Weep.
